These Terms of Service apply when you browse, use or place an order through our website. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Evercove Gifts” refer to Evercove Gifts, a trading name of Fast & Fair UK Ltd.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. Our products
We sell gift hampers, food and drink gifts, self-care gifts and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing and availability are accurate. However:
- Product packaging, colours, presentation or ingredients may occasionally vary from the images shown.
- Images are for illustration purposes only.
- Product contents may occasionally be substituted where necessary, provided that any substitute is of equal or greater value and suitable for the same purpose.
- Individual food products may have different best-before dates, allergen information and storage instructions. Please check individual product packaging before consumption.
- Product availability may change without notice.
Where a product contains food, drink, personal-care products or other consumables, customers are responsible for checking ingredient, allergen and suitability information before use.
3. Gift hampers and product contents
Gift hampers may contain a range of branded third-party products. Any trademarks, product names, images or branding belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless stated otherwise, Evercove Gifts is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the manufacturers of individual products included in a gift hamper.
We reserve the right to make minor substitutions where an item is unavailable, provided the replacement is reasonably similar in nature, quality and value.
4. Ordering
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products shown in your basket.
We may accept or decline an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Payment authorisation issues
- Suspected fraud
- Delivery restrictions
- A request that cannot reasonably be fulfilled
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may cancel an order before dispatch where necessary. If we do so after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
Please check your order carefully before completing checkout. We may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed for fulfilment.
5. Prices, payment and VAT
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable, unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown clearly during checkout before you place your order.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only, unless stated otherwise.
Orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment or another trusted fulfilment partner. This does not affect our responsibility to you as the retailer.
Delivery estimates shown on the website or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the stated timeframe and, unless otherwise agreed, within 30 days of accepting your order.
We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by you.
If you believe your order has been lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at hello@evercovegifts.com as soon as possible.
7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your cancellation, return and refund rights are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
For most online purchases, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to certain exceptions including personalised goods, perishable goods and sealed hygiene-sensitive products once opened.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing, contact us at hello@evercovegifts.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of:
- The affected item
- The outer packaging
- The delivery label
- Any visible damage
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy.
9. Customer accounts
You may be able to create a customer account on our website.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating or using an account.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, fraud, unlawful activity or a breach of these Terms.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions, discount codes and offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
- Discount codes must be entered at checkout.
- We may withdraw or amend promotions at any time.
- Promotions are subject to product availability.
