Delivery area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.

Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other events outside our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of order acceptance.

Fulfilment and tracking

Orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment or another trusted fulfilment partner.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be included in that email or added to your order confirmation.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
