Returns and refunds
We want you to be happy with your Evercove Gifts order.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel it. Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@evercovegifts.com, quoting your order number and the reason for your return. We will then provide return instructions.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or damaged on arrival, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Food, gift hampers and non-returnable items
For hygiene, food-safety and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Food or drink products that are perishable, opened or no longer suitable for resale
- Gift hampers or gift boxes where the seal, packaging or contents have been opened, damaged or altered
- Personal-care products where hygiene seals have been broken
- Personalised or made-to-order items
- Gift cards
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing, contact us at tom@evercovegifts.com as soon as possible, ideally with photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label where relevant.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other resolution.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected an approved return, we will let you know the outcome.
Where a refund is due, it will be made to the original payment method. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that they have been sent back, whichever applies.
