Ordering and delivery

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Yes. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout and we will send the gift directly to them.

Do I need to wrap the gift myself?

No. Every Evercove Gifts and Luxury Gift Store hamper is presented in gift-ready packaging, so there is no additional wrapping required.

How long does delivery take?

We offer free UK delivery, usually arriving within 2–3 working days. Express delivery is also available at checkout for £3.99 and is usually delivered within 1 working day.

Will I receive tracking information?

Where tracking is available, it will be included in your dispatch confirmation email or added to your order.

Products and gifting

What is included in each gift hamper?

Each product page includes a full list of the items included in that gift set. Product contents may occasionally vary where an item is unavailable, but any replacement will be of equal or greater value and suitable for the same purpose.

Do your gifts contain alcohol?

Most of our current gift hampers do not contain alcohol. Where drinks are shown in product images, they may be serving suggestions only. Please check the individual product page for details.

Do you offer personalised gift messages?

Our gift boxes are ready to send directly to the recipient. Personalised message options may be available on selected products or at checkout from time to time.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians?

Some products are suitable for vegetarians. Please check the dietary and allergen information on the individual product page before ordering.

Where can I find allergen information?

Allergen information is shown on each product page where available. Please always check the individual product packaging before consumption, especially if the recipient has allergies or dietary requirements.

Returns and support

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at hello@evercovegifts.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label.

Can I return my gift?

Our return and refund policy explains your cancellation, return and refund rights. For food-safety and hygiene reasons, some opened or perishable items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
